They were very honest, respectful, professionals who owned this small business. We bought a salvaged car and they provided photos of the damage before we bought it. It looks beautiful now! And, they offered a 45 day warranty on the engine and transmission too. The paperwork was professionally prepared and we received a temporary plate. You won’t get that, buying from an individual. The car was immaculately cleaned inside and out, including the engine. We would definitely buy a car from them again!

Highly recommend! We were in the market for a car, and the ones we found close to home in NW Montana were too much. M Cars had exactly what we were looking for on Craigslist, so we decided maybe we would travel to purchase our car. From the beginning, Natalia was quick to respond and answered all our questions honestly. She even took a detailed video of the car and point out all the tiny flaws so we wouldn't be surprised when we picked it up. My husband flew to Portland and drove the car home, and it was a smooth ride with no problems. It's always scary buying a car sight-unseen, but M Car's glowing ratings and their prompt, honest communication made us feel confident that we were making the right decision. We got the car wanted for $5,000 less than what we were finding at home. Even with the cost of travel, it was 100% worth it, and we will definitely purchase from them again!

Just bought 2018 Ford Ecosport there and couldn't have had a better experience. Natalia was the best. I felt like I was dealing with a close family member rather than a stranger. Two weeks after I bought the car I was looking at a $2500 repair. I had only put 700 miles on the car when the rear end started to go out. I called Natalia to let her know about the issue hoping that they, M Cars, would do something, but not expecting anything. Natalia told me to bring it in and let her mechanic take a look at it. I brought the car in and they confirmed my suspicion about the rear differential. They kept the car and repaired it in just a few days. AT NO COST TO ME. I was floored. They were gracious, beyond helpful, and even went the extra mile and repaired a smaller issue that I wasn't even aware of at the time. Wonderful, amazing, and just plain "good people". When I arrived. They welcome me into their facility. At first I couldn't find the place, but when I called them when I couldn't find the lot, they stood outside and waited for me to show up. Is a very small lot but they're wonderful people and they put you in wonderful amazing cars I rank them at a five star. They're very caring and concerning people. When I found them on Facebook market they were the cheapest cars in town. So I bought a 2019 Hyundai Kona from them and I love it. It runs great with no problems of whatsoever. they make sure that they sell you a car that's in great shape and top notch quality, and they're wonderful people I'd refer anybody to them, including my family. S One thing I can really say about them when you ask them to hold a car for about a week, they'll hold it no problem. But you have to make sure you go pick it up within that week. Great buying experience. Very professional small business owners who making the buying process easy. They answered all questions very quickly sending over a car fax as soon as I asked, they were completely honest with the vehicle and sent before and after photos. We came out Monday to look at the Kia Optima and Natalia mentioned she found there was a a small issue with the driver side door lock button that morning before we arrived, she had already ordered the part and would have it replaced in a day or two. That’s great service. We picked up the car 2 days later that includes a powertrain which is unheard of for a used vehicle unless you spend an arm and a leg. They offer this for free. We highly recommend you guys check them out it’s worth it. We got the Kia for our daughter's 1st and she absolutely loves it. We will visit M Cars again the in the future! I got the windows tinted 2 days later as the sun in Oregon especially in the winter can be so bright. It looks so good, I’ve shared before and after photos, enjoy!

I had the best buying experience from Natalia at MCars! To be transparent, I was a little nervous to buy a salvaged titled car from a very small dealership in Portland, but it turned out to be the BEST experience! I read other reviews prior to making the jaunt from Hood River to Gresham/Portland, and all the reviews were "right on the money". Natalia was responsive to my messages and met me right on time when I asked to test drive one of the cars. She was knowledgeable about the car I was considering, answered all my questions and gave me the keys to take the car I ultimately bought in addition to my "back up consideration" car that I saw on their lot. The car was, as I said, a salvaged title, but the car was in great shape, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I wrote a personal check for the car and after the check cleared, she sent me the title in overnight mail, which I took to the DMV the next day and got the title transferred and registered in my name without any issues. Natalia at MCars is honest, transparent, great at communicating and I would 1000% buy another car from MCars again. Thank you for such a great experience, Natalia and MCars!

Everything about the vehicle was described accurately, we were actually pleasantly surprised, the car was better than we expected for having a branded title.
